The hotel offers free Wi-Fi access for guests (network name: Morobello).

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and common areas.
• Rooms are cleaned daily, except on Sundays, starting from 09:00.
• Bed linen is changed weekly, while towels are changed every 2 days. If you need fresh towels, please leave them on the floor and our staff will replace them.
• In case of fire, follow the instructions posted on the corridor walls and keep fire doors closed where present.

• In case of loss of the room key, you must request a new one at the reception. A fee of €35 will be charged for the replacement of the lost key.
